T\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 uk\u00e1zkov\u011b se pak rozd\u011blila oblast Moravy od oblasti \u010cech. Zat\u00edmco na Morav\u011b se na front\u00e1ln\u00edm rozhran\u00ed vyskytovala obla\u010dnost a sn\u011bhov\u00e9 sr\u00e1\u017eky, v \u010cech\u00e1ch p\u0159i vyjasn\u011bn\u00ed klesaly teploty vzduchu na listopad nezvykle hluboko pod bod mrazu. Na mrazov\u00fdch lokalit\u00e1ch \u0160umavy, Kru\u0161n\u00fdch a Jizersk\u00fdch hor, kde se nav\u00edc vyskytovala i sn\u011bhov\u00e1 pokr\u00fdvka, nam\u011b\u0159ily n\u011bkter\u00e9 meteorologick\u00e9 stanice hodnoty pod -20 \u00b0C. \u00dapln\u011b ten <strong>nejsiln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed mr\u00e1z byl v ned\u011bli 23. listopadu zaznamen\u00e1n na\u00a0<a style=\"color: #003366;\" href=\"https:\/\/meteo-sumava.cz\/stanice\/rokytska-slat\/\">Rokytsk\u00e9 slati<\/a><\/strong>, kde klesla teplota vzduchu a\u017e na\u00a0<strong>-25,5\u00a0 \u00b0C<\/strong>. Na \u0160umav\u011b se jedn\u00e1 o nejsiln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed listopadov\u00fd mr\u00e1z od roku 1999, kdy bylo na stanici\u00a0<a style=\"color: #003366;\" href=\"https:\/\/meteo-sumava.cz\/stanice\/kvilda-perla\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Kvilda \u2013 Perla<\/a>\u00a0nam\u011b\u0159eno -26,1 \u00b0C. Posledn\u00ed listopadov\u00fd mr\u00e1z pod -25 \u00b0C byl zaznamen\u00e1n na Rokytsk\u00e9 slati v roce 2010 s hodnotou -25,4 \u00b0C.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #003366;\">Druh\u00fd nejsiln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed mr\u00e1z dnes nam\u011b\u0159ila meteorologick\u00e9 stanice\u00a0<strong>Jelen\u00ed v Kru\u0161n\u00fdch hor\u00e1ch -25,4 \u00b0C<\/strong>\u00a0a t\u0159et\u00ed stanice<strong>\u00a0<a style=\"color: #003366;\" href=\"https:\/\/meteo-sumava.cz\/stanice\/breznik\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">B\u0159ezn\u00edk<\/a>\u00a0v Luzensk\u00e9m \u00fadol\u00ed s hodnotou -24,6 \u00b0C<\/strong>.
