Dne\u0161n\u00ed podoba je samoz\u0159ejm\u011b v\u00fdrazn\u011b odli\u0161n\u00e1 a \u0159ada p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvk\u016f ukazuje sou\u010dasn\u00e9 mo\u017enosti nastoupen\u00e9 cesty numerick\u00e9ho modelov\u00e1n\u00ed, a to i mimo p\u016fvodn\u00ed z\u00e1kladn\u00ed sm\u011br p\u0159edpov\u011bdi termobarick\u00e9ho pole. Mimochodem, p\u0159ed 30 lety bylo publikov\u00e1no pou\u017eit\u00ed tohoto n\u00e1stroje jako region\u00e1ln\u00edho klimatick\u00e9ho modelu, kter\u00e9 i u n\u00e1s umo\u017e\u0148uj\u00ed poskytovat podrobn\u00e9 informace o klimatick\u00e9 zm\u011bn\u011b. Do Hlubo\u010dek jich nakonec dorazilo jen 45. Uspo\u0159\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed semin\u00e1\u0159e se po \u010dty\u0159ech letech ujala ostravsk\u00e1 pobo\u010dka \u010cMeS a \u010cHM\u00da.<\/p><p class=\"rtejustify\">Na semin\u00e1\u0159i zazn\u011blo celkem 22 p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvk\u016f ve \u010dty\u0159ech sekc\u00edch:\u00a0<em>Numerick\u00e1 p\u0159edpov\u011b\u010f po\u010das\u00ed<\/em>,\u00a0<em>Organizace p\u0159edpov\u011bdn\u00ed slu\u017eby<\/em>,\u00a0<em>P\u0159edpov\u011b\u010f kvality ovzdu\u0161\u00ed<\/em>\u00a0a\u00a0<em>Speci\u00e1ln\u00ed p\u0159edpov\u011b\u010f<\/em>.<\/p><p class=\"rtejustify\">V\u00a0pond\u011bln\u00ed sekci Numerick\u00e1 p\u0159edpov\u011b\u010f po\u010das\u00ed zazn\u011blo 5 p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvk\u016f, stejn\u011b tak jako v\u00a0sekci Organizace p\u0159edpov\u011bdn\u00ed slu\u017eby. V\u00a0\u00fater\u00fd dopoledne v\u00a0nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed sekci P\u0159edpov\u011b\u010f kvality ovzdu\u0161\u00ed zazn\u011blo celkem 7 p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvk\u016f. Hrub\u00e1 Voda (n\u011bmecky Grosswasser) je velk\u00e1 vesnice, \u010d\u00e1st obce Hlubo\u010dky v okrese Olomouc. Nach\u00e1z\u00ed se asi 3,5 km na severov\u00fdchod od Hlubo\u010dek. Proch\u00e1z\u00ed tudy \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00ed tra\u0165 Olomouc \u2013 Opava. V roce 2009 zde bylo evidov\u00e1no 379 dom\u016f a v roce 2001 zde trvale \u017eilo 308 obyvatel. Vesnic\u00ed proch\u00e1z\u00ed nau\u010dn\u00e1 stezka \u00dadol\u00edm Byst\u0159ice. Historie Hrub\u00e9 Vody je spjata s m\u00edstn\u00ed t\u011b\u017ebou b\u0159idlice. B\u0159idlice se zde za\u010dala t\u011b\u017eit kolem roku 1776, v 18. stolet\u00ed m\u00edstn\u00ed doly pat\u0159ily mezi nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed a nejmodern\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. Po odsunu n\u011bmeck\u00e9ho obyvatelstva v roce 1945 byla t\u011b\u017eba b\u0159idlice p\u0159eru\u0161ena z d\u016fvodu nedostatku pracovn\u00edch sil. Surovina byla pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1na ve stavebnictv\u00ed, ale tak\u00e9 pro v\u00fdrobu gramofonov\u00fdch desek \u2013 kvalitn\u00ed b\u0159idlice byla za t\u00edmto \u00fa\u010delem p\u0159\u00edmo v Hrub\u00e9 Vod\u011b speci\u00e1ln\u011b technologicky upravov\u00e1na a drcena na jemn\u00fd prach. V\u00a0katastru obce je z\u0159\u00edcenina hradu Hlubok\u00fd, P\u0159\u00edrodn\u00ed rezervace Hrubovodsk\u00e9 sut\u011b, Ski are\u00e1l a Park Sportu Hrub\u00e1 Voda.<\/p><p class=\"rtejustify\">N\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edci semin\u00e1\u0159e p\u0159ijeli u\u017e v\u00a0sobotu a v\u011bt\u0161ina se za\u010dala sj\u00ed\u017ed\u011bt v\u00a0pond\u011bl\u00ed dopoledne. Kr\u00e1tce po 14 hodin\u011b semin\u00e1\u0159 zah\u00e1jil p\u0159edseda spole\u010dnosti a z\u00e1stupce MFF UK Praha doc. Tom\u00e1\u0161 Halenka. Za organiz\u00e1tory \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edky p\u0159iv\u00edtal Pavel Lipina. Za spolupo\u0159\u00e1daj\u00edc\u00ed partnery semin\u00e1\u0159 pozdravil Ing. Po skon\u010den\u00ed pond\u011bln\u00edho odborn\u00e9ho programu spole\u010dnost pozvala p\u0159\u00edtomn\u00e9 na spole\u010dn\u00fd ve\u010der s\u00a0rautem.<\/p><p class=\"rtejustify\">Jedn\u00edm z\u00a0krit\u00e9ri\u00ed p\u0159i v\u00fdb\u011bru hotelu pro n\u00e1\u0161 semin\u00e1\u0159 byla \u0161ir\u0161\u00ed nab\u00eddka piva a v\u00edna za rozumnou cenu a person\u00e1l, kter\u00fd s\u00a0n\u00e1mi bude ochoten posed\u011bt alespo\u0148 do p\u016flnoci. Stru\u010dn\u011b informoval o hospoda\u0159en\u00ed spole\u010dnosti, o chystan\u00fdch person\u00e1ln\u00edch zm\u011bn\u00e1ch ve veden\u00ed (hospod\u00e1\u0159, revizor). Vyzval \u010dleny k\u00a0n\u00e1m\u011bt\u016fm na t\u00e9ma p\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u00edho semin\u00e1\u0159e, kter\u00fd bude z\u00e1rove\u0148 semin\u00e1\u0159em volebn\u00edm.<\/p><p class=\"rtejustify\">\u00datern\u00ed odpoledne bylo vyhrazeno pro exkurze. Pro \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edky jsme m\u011bli p\u0159ipravenou cestu na \u010cervenou vlakem z\u00a0Hrub\u00e9 Vody se z\u00e1v\u011bre\u010dn\u00fdm p\u011b\u0161\u00edm v\u00fdstupem na stanici. V\u00a0z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed, v\u00a0dob\u011b kon\u00e1n\u00ed semin\u00e1\u0159e byla na t\u00e9to trati v\u00fdluka a tak jsme museli zvolit n\u00e1hradn\u00ed trasu. Z\u00a0p\u016fvodn\u00edch 15 km vlakem to bylo 61 km autem k\u00a0Aleji p\u0159\u00e1telstv\u00ed vzd\u00e1len\u00e9 2 km od stanice. \u00da\u010dastn\u00edky exkurze stanic\u00ed a meteozahr\u00e1dkou provedl Ing. Franti\u0161ek Putala, vedouc\u00ed stanice a pozorovatel ve slu\u017eb\u011b Leo Dobi\u00e1\u0161. Na stanici jsme se zdr\u017eeli v\u00edce ne\u017e 1,5 hodiny. \u00da\u010dastnici se zaj\u00edmali o p\u0159\u00edstrojovou techniku, n\u00e1pl\u0148 pr\u00e1ce a celkov\u00fd chod stanice.<\/p><p class=\"rtejustify\">V\u011bt\u0161ina \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk\u016f vyu\u017eila kr\u00e1sn\u00e9ho podzimn\u00edho po\u010das\u00ed k\u00a0vych\u00e1zce po okol\u00ed hotelu, n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bv\u011b z\u0159\u00edceniny hradu, \u010di sb\u011bru hub. N\u011bkter\u00e9 p\u016fvodn\u011b p\u0159ihl\u00e1\u0161en\u00e9 na \u010cervenou odradila v\u00edce ne\u017e hodinov\u00e1 cesta a necht\u011bli tak tr\u00e1vit dlouh\u00fd \u010das j\u00edzdou v\u00a0aut\u011b, co\u017e bylo pochopiteln\u00e9.<\/p><p class=\"rtejustify\">I p\u0159es pe\u010dlivou p\u0159\u00edpravu se n\u00e1m organizace exkurz\u00ed, i kdy\u017e ne na\u0161\u00ed vinou, \u00fapln\u011b nevyvedly, co\u017e n\u00e1m jist\u011b \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edci odpustili vzhledem k\u00a0p\u011bkn\u00e9mu a p\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e9mu po\u010das\u00ed.<\/p><p class=\"rtejustify\">St\u0159ede\u010dn\u00ed dopoledn\u00ed program (5 prezentac\u00ed) byl zakon\u010den p\u0159ed polednem kr\u00e1tk\u00fdm zhodnocen\u00edm semin\u00e1\u0159e. V\u00a0sam\u00e9m z\u00e1v\u011bru \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edci pod\u011bkovali organiz\u00e1tor\u016fm a p\u0159edseda spole\u010dnosti poblahop\u0159\u00e1l Nata\u0161i Slab\u00e9, kter\u00e1 tento den oslavila sv\u00e9 84 narozeniny. Kdy\u017e jsme byli v\u0161ichni v\u00a0j\u00eddeln\u011b, p\u0159i\u0161la pan\u00ed \u0159editelka hotelu a jmenovit\u011b \u010detla \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edky, kter\u00fdm person\u00e1l p\u0159inesl objednan\u00e9 j\u00eddlo. Bylo to rychl\u00e9 a \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e9, ale doposud nikde nevid\u011bn\u00e9. Zaj\u00edmav\u00e1 zku\u0161enost.<\/p><p class=\"rtejustify\">Kapacita Wellness hotelu Hlubok\u00fd dv\u016fr je okolo 70 osob. Cena noclehu byla 800,- K\u010d za noc p\u0159i obsazen\u00ed obou l\u016f\u017eek na pokoji, p\u0159i samostatn\u00e9m ubytov\u00e1n\u00ed na pokoji hradil \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk 1000,- K\u010d + m\u00edstn\u00ed poplatek. To byly ceny ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e v\u00a0cen\u00edku hotelu a ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed, ne\u017e bylo dohodnuto, co\u017e bylo velmi p\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e9. Cena pol\u00e9vky byla 35,- K\u010d a cena j\u00eddla od 119,- po 139,- K\u010d.<\/p><p class=\"rtejustify\">Po del\u0161\u00ed dob\u011b se konference konala v lokalit\u011b bez sign\u00e1lu mobiln\u00edch oper\u00e1tor\u016f. Pro v\u011bt\u0161inu \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk\u016f to byl jist\u011b p\u0159\u00edjemn\u00fd relax v dob\u011b nep\u0159etr\u017eit\u00e9 on-line dostupnosti v\u0161ech a v\u0161ude. Ti, co nutn\u011b pot\u0159ebovali volat, museli na vych\u00e1zku na okoln\u00ed kopce, volat pevnou linkou z hotelu, nebo vyu\u017eili WhatsApp, Messengeru, \u010di jin\u00fdch internetov\u00fdch
