Ihned po v\u00fdstavb\u011b leti\u0161t\u011b Praha-Ruzyn\u011b, v roce 1937, a\u017e do roku 1957, s p\u0159eru\u0161en\u00edm b\u011bhem v\u00e1le\u010dn\u00fdch let, byla meteorologick\u00e1 stanice um\u00edst\u011bna v I. pat\u0159e v\u011b\u017ee pro \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed letov\u00e9ho provozu (nyn\u00ed are\u00e1l tzv. star\u00e9 n\u00e1dra\u017en\u00ed budovy). M\u011b\u0159\u00edc\u00ed pozemek byl v tomto obdob\u00ed um\u00edst\u011bn ve vzd\u00e1\u00adlenosti 200 m severoz\u00e1padn\u011b od stanice v travnat\u00e9m ter\u00e9nu. Potom n\u00e1sledovalo um\u00edst\u011bn\u00ed meteorologick\u00e9 stanice v prostor\u00e1ch st\u0159e\u0161n\u00ed n\u00e1stavby hang\u00e1ru C v are\u00e1lu star\u00e9ho leti\u0161t\u011b (20. 4. 1957 a\u017e 31. 8. 1976). M\u011b\u0159\u00edc\u00ed pozemek byl asi 150 m jihoz\u00e1padn\u011b od meteorologick\u00e9 stanice. Toto um\u00edst\u011bn\u00ed bylo vlastn\u011b dlouhodob\u011b ne\u0159e\u0161en\u00fdm proviz\u00f3riem. K reprezentativnosti m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed i pozorov\u00e1n\u00ed bylo mo\u017eno m\u00edt \u0159adu n\u00e1mitek. Pot\u0159eba technick\u00e9ho vybaven\u00ed stanice modern\u00edmi meteorologick\u00fdmi p\u0159\u00edstroji i st\u00edsn\u011bn\u00e9 a zasta\u00adral\u00e9 prostory stanice byly v\u00e1\u017en\u00fdmi d\u016fvody pro v\u00fdstavbu nov\u00e9 stanice, situovan\u00e9 do prostoru \u201enov\u00e9ho leti\u0161t\u011b&#8221;.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"rtejustify\"><span style=\"color: #003366;\">Nov\u00e1 budova stanice byla po zv\u00e1\u017een\u00ed v\u0161ech meteorologick\u00fdch a leteck\u00fdch aspekt\u016f vybudov\u00e1na p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b ve st\u0159edu dr\u00e1hov\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu, asi 250 m severoz\u00e1padn\u011b od prahu p\u0159ist\u00e1vac\u00ed dr\u00e1hy 08. (P\u0159\u00edm\u00e1 vzd\u00e1lenost od stanice v hang\u00e1ru C je asi 2 km z\u00e1pado-severoz\u00e1padn\u011b.) Budova stanice je pobl\u00ed\u017e tzv. obvodov\u00e9 komuni\u00adkace, pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00e9 pouze pro pot\u0159eby provozu a \u00fadr\u017eby leti\u0161t\u011b. M\u011b\u0159\u00edc\u00ed pozemek je 25 m severoz\u00e1padn\u011b od stanice.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"rtejustify\"><span style=\"color: #003366;\">P\u0159esn\u00e9 \u00fadaje o um\u00edst\u011bn\u00ed stanice:<\/span><\/p><p class=\"rtejustify\"><span style=\"color: #003366;\">budova stanice<\/span><\/p><p class=\"rtejustify\"><span style=\"color: #003366;\">zem. \u0161\u00ed\u0159ka 50\u00b006&#8217;03&#8221; N<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #003366;\">zem. d\u00e9lka 14\u00b015&#8217;28&#8221; E od Greenwiche<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #003366;\">nadm. v\u00fd\u0161ka p\u0159\u00edzem\u00ed budovy: 365,1 m<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #003366;\">nadm. v\u00fd\u0161ka tlakom\u011bru: 369,3 m<\/span><\/p><p class=\"rtejustify\"><span style=\"color: #003366;\">m\u011b\u0159\u00edc\u00ed pozemek<\/span><\/p><p class=\"rtejustify\"><span style=\"color: #003366;\">nadm. v\u00fd\u0161ka 364,0 m<\/span><\/p><p class=\"rtejustify\"><span style=\"color: #003366;\">(V\u0161echny v\u00fd\u0161kov\u00e9 \u00fadaje jsou vzta\u017eeny k v\u00fd\u0161ce Jadersk\u00e9ho mo\u0159e.)<\/span><\/p><p class=\"rtejustify\"><span style=\"color: #003366;\">V meteorologick\u00e9 stanici a na m\u011b\u0159\u00edc\u00edm pozemku se konaj\u00ed: speci\u00e1ln\u00ed leteck\u00e1 meteorologick\u00e1 pozorov\u00e1n\u00ed, synoptick\u00e1 meteoro\u00adlogick\u00e1 pozorov\u00e1n\u00ed (indikativ stanice 11 518) a klimatologick\u00e1 pozorov\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"rtejustify\"><span style=\"color: #003366;\">Zat\u00edmco synoptick\u00e1 a klimatologick\u00e1 pozorov\u00e1n\u00ed z\u016fst\u00e1vaj\u00ed v z\u00e1kladn\u00edm rozsahu, speci\u00e1ln\u00ed leteck\u00e1 meteorologick\u00e1 pozorov\u00e1ni se roz\u0161i\u0159uj\u00ed a precizuj\u00ed podle po\u017eadavk\u016f modern\u00edho leteck\u00e9ho provozu a podle technick\u00fdch a materi\u00e1ln\u00edch mo\u017enost\u00ed HM\u00da. V sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b jsou u prah\u016f obou hlavn\u00edch p\u0159ist\u00e1vac\u00edch a vzle\u00adtov\u00fdch drah m\u011b\u0159eny a registrov\u00e1ny: sm\u011br, rychlost a n\u00e1razy p\u0159\u00edzemn\u00edho v\u011btru, dr\u00e1hov\u00e1 dohlednost a v\u00fd\u0161ka obla\u010dnosti. Na dr\u00e1ze 31 je pro m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed dr\u00e1hov\u00e9 dohlednosti u\u017eito pln\u011b automatic\u00adk\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu IVR-2C, v\u00fdrobku anglick\u00e9 firmy Marconi, kter\u00fd m\u011b\u0159\u00ed dr\u00e1hovou dohlednost ve dvou m\u00edstech pod\u00e9l dr\u00e1hy s p\u0159es\u00adnost\u00ed \u00b1 50 m. Tlakov\u00e9 \u00fadaje pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00e9 pro nastaven\u00ed v\u00fd\u0161kom\u011br\u016f letadel jsou vztahov\u00e1ny tak\u00e9 k v\u00fd\u0161k\u00e1m prah\u016f obou hlavn\u00edch vzletov\u00fdch a p\u0159ist\u00e1vac\u00edch drah leti\u0161t\u011b. M\u011b\u0159en\u00ed z\u00e1kladn\u00edch meteo\u00adrologick\u00fdch prvk\u016f, d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fdch pro leteck\u00fd provoz, je v\u011bt\u0161inou z\u00e1lohov\u00e1no druh\u00fdmi p\u0159\u00edstroji um\u00edst\u011bn\u00fdmi v budov\u011b stanice.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"rtejustify\"><span style=\"color: #003366;\">Budova meteorologick\u00e9 stanice (viz fotografie) m\u00e1 v zasklen\u00e9 st\u0159e\u0161n\u00ed n\u00e1stavb\u011b hlavn\u00ed provozn\u00ed m\u00edstnost stanice (stanovi\u0161t\u011b pozorovatele). V p\u0159\u00edzem\u00ed je pak m\u00edstnost vedouc\u00edho stanice, \u00fapln\u00e9 soci\u00e1ln\u00ed vybaven\u00ed, kuchy\u0148sk\u00e1 linka s j\u00eddelnou, \u0161atna a p\u0159\u00edru\u010dn\u00ed sklad. D\u00e1le je zde m\u00edstnost, do kter\u00e9 by m\u011bla b\u00fdt perspektivn\u011b um\u00edst\u011bna automatick\u00e1 leti\u0161tn\u00ed meteorologick\u00e1 stanice. (V\u011b\u0159\u00edme, \u017ee dovoz stanice typu KRAMS ze SSSR bude mo\u017eno realizovat nejpozd\u011bji kolem roku 1980.) Sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed budovy je tak\u00e9 gar\u00e1\u017e pro vozidlo, kter\u00fdm se pozorovatel\u00e9 do stanice dopravuj\u00ed.<\/span><\/p><\/div><p class=\"rtejustify\"><span style=\"color: #003366;\">V okol\u00ed stanice je voln\u00e1 krajina s v\u00fdjimkou p\u0159\u00edzemn\u00ed budovy trafostanice (30 m jihov\u00fdchodn\u011b od stanice). Vzletov\u00e1 a p\u0159ist\u00e1vac\u00ed dr\u00e1ha 31 (sm\u011br 310\u00b0\/130\u00b0) je nejbl\u00ed\u017ee stanice ve vzd\u00e1lenosti 250 m.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"rtejustify\"><span style=\"color: #003366;\">Pracovn\u00edci, kte\u0159\u00ed se pod\u00edleli na projekci i v\u00fdstavb\u011b stanice a pozorovatel\u00e9 v\u011b\u0159\u00ed, \u017ee meteorologick\u00e1 m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed a pozorov\u00e1n\u00ed ko\u00adnan\u00e1 v t\u00e9to nov\u00e9 lokalit\u011b, v modern\u00ed budov\u011b budou p\u0159\u00ednosem pro meteorologii a letectv\u00ed.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"rteright\"><span style=\"color: #003366;\"><em>S\u00e1va \u010cernava, MZ 1977\/1, ro\u010dn\u00edk 30, str. 31-32<\/em><\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dne 1. z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed 1976 v 07.00 hodin m\u00edstn\u00edho \u010dasu byl zah\u00e1jen provoz v nov\u00e9 meteorologick\u00e9 stanici na leti\u0161ti Praha-Ruzyn\u011b.
