Monitoring ozonov\u00e9 vrstvy nad \u00fazem\u00edm \u010cR zde byl zah\u00e1jen pravideln\u00fdm m\u011b\u0159en\u00edm pomoc\u00ed Dobsonova spektrofotometru \u010d. 074. Tento typ spektrofotometru byl po mnoho desetilet\u00ed z\u00e1kladn\u00edm p\u0159\u00edstrojem pro m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed celkov\u00e9ho ozonu v\u00a0celosv\u011btov\u00e9 s\u00edti, vybudovan\u00e9 v r\u00e1mci programu WMO\/GAW a na \u0159ad\u011b stanic je pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n dosud.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"rtejustify\"><span style=\"color: #003366;\">Metoda m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed je zalo\u017eena na principu diferen\u010dn\u00ed optick\u00e9 absorp\u010dn\u00ed spektroskopie (DOAS). Optick\u00fd syst\u00e9m Dobsonova spektrofotometru rozkl\u00e1d\u00e1 dopadaj\u00edc\u00ed slune\u010dn\u00ed z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed hranolem. Z takto vznikl\u00e9ho spektra se soustavou \u0161t\u011brbin vyberou vhodn\u00e9 vlnov\u00e9 d\u00e9lky v UV oblasti. Na n\u011bkter\u00fdch z nich absorbuje ozon UV z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed siln\u011bji, na jin\u00fdch slab\u011bji. Pr\u00e1v\u011b s\u00a0pomoc\u00ed rozd\u00edl\u016f intenzit z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed na siln\u011b a slab\u011b absorbuj\u00edc\u00edch vlnov\u00fdch d\u00e9lk\u00e1ch lze pro zn\u00e1mou v\u00fd\u0161ku Slunce nad obzorem vypo\u010d\u00edtat mno\u017estv\u00ed ozonu v atmosf\u00e9\u0159e.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"rtejustify\"><span style=\"color: #003366;\">Z\u00e1kladn\u00edm typem m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed Dobsonov\u00fdm spektrofotometrem je m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed typu DS (Direct Sun), tedy v p\u0159\u00edm\u00e9m slune\u010dn\u00edm z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed, dopadaj\u00edc\u00edm na povrch. Pokud nelze p\u0159\u00edm\u00e9 slune\u010dn\u00ed z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed detekovat, nej\u010dast\u011bji z d\u016fvodu p\u0159\u00edtomnosti obla\u010dnosti, lze prov\u00e1d\u011bt i m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed typu ZB (Zenith Blue) nebo ZC (Zenith Cloud). Jsou to m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed v zenitu, bu\u010f s jasnou oblohou, nebo s\u00a0obla\u010dnost\u00ed v nadhlavn\u00edku. P\u0159i zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed dat jsou preferov\u00e1na m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed DS, proto\u017ee jsou nejp\u0159esn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed (kolem 1 %), zat\u00edmco zenitov\u00e1 m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed vykazuj\u00ed pon\u011bkud v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed nejistotu (1\u20132 % ZB, resp. 1\u20133 % ZC). Od po\u010d\u00e1tku m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed v\u0161ak nejsou na SOO Hradec Kr\u00e1lov\u00e9 uchov\u00e1v\u00e1na jen data o celkov\u00e9m ozonu, ale i prvotn\u00ed datov\u00e9 soubory (ode\u010dty hodnot p\u0159\u00edmo na p\u0159\u00edstroji, ze kter\u00fdch se mno\u017estv\u00ed ozonu n\u00e1sledn\u011b po\u010d\u00edt\u00e1). To umo\u017en\u00ed v budoucnosti bezprobl\u00e9mov\u00fd p\u0159epo\u010det cel\u00e9 datov\u00e9 \u0159ady, pokud by se metodiky v\u00fdpo\u010dtu ozonu zm\u011bnily.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"rtejustify\"><span style=\"color: #003366;\">M\u011b\u0159en\u00ed Dobsonov\u00fdm spektrofotometrem \u010d. 074 trv\u00e1 od roku 1961 dosud, i kdy\u017e dnes u\u017e sp\u00ed\u0161e jen pro referen\u010dn\u00ed \u00fa\u010dely. P\u0159\u00edstroj je pravideln\u011b ka\u017ed\u00fdch 5 let kalibrov\u00e1n a ned\u00e1vno u n\u011bj do\u0161lo k v\u00fdm\u011bn\u011b elektroniky a foton\u00e1sobi\u010de, co\u017e d\u00e1v\u00e1 dobr\u00e9 p\u0159edpoklady pro m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed i v dal\u0161\u00edch desetilet\u00edch. Jeho nev\u00fdhodou bylo a je, \u017ee vy\u017eaduje manu\u00e1ln\u00ed obsluhu a vzhledem k citlivosti na vlhkost (jde o p\u0159\u00edstroj s otev\u0159enou optikou) nelze m\u011b\u0159it nap\u0159. p\u0159i de\u0161ti, sn\u011b\u017een\u00ed, mlze a podobn\u00fdch podm\u00ednk\u00e1ch.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"rtejustify\"><span style=\"color: #003366;\">V roce 1994 byl na SOO Hradec Kr\u00e1lov\u00e9 uveden do provozu p\u0159\u00edstroj \u201enov\u00e9 generace\u201c, Brewer\u016fv spektrofotometr \u010d. 098 (jednoduch\u00fd monochrom\u00e1tor, Mk-IV). I ten pracuje na principu DOAS, jen vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 pon\u011bkud jin\u00e9 vlnov\u00e9 d\u00e9lky ne\u017e Dobson\u016fv spektrofotometr a k rozkladu sv\u011btla na spektrum pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 optickou m\u0159\u00ed\u017eku m\u00edsto hranolu. Nav\u00edc jde o p\u0159\u00edstroj s\u00a0uzav\u0159enou optikou, um\u00edst\u011bn\u00fd na trackeru, kter\u00fd p\u0159\u00edstroj nat\u00e1\u010d\u00ed za Sluncem. M\u016f\u017ee tedy m\u011b\u0159it za ka\u017ed\u00e9ho po\u010das\u00ed a je \u0159\u00edzen po\u010d\u00edta\u010dem, tak\u017ee nevy\u017eaduje lidskou obsluhu. I pro tento p\u0159\u00edstroj je z\u00e1kladem m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed typu DS (z p\u0159\u00edm\u00e9ho slune\u010dn\u00edho z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed).<\/span><\/p><p class=\"rtejustify\"><span style=\"color: #003366;\">Pokud je Slunce zast\u00edn\u011bno obla\u010dnost\u00ed, m\u016f\u017ee p\u0159\u00edstroj prov\u00e1d\u011bt m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed typu ZS (Zenith Sky, tedy ze zenitu bez rozli\u0161en\u00ed, zda je tam obla\u010dnost nebo modr\u00e1 obloha), a pokud ani toto m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed nen\u00ed mo\u017en\u00e9, prov\u00e1d\u00ed m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed GI (Global Iradiance), kdy detekuje z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed z cel\u00e9 horn\u00ed polosf\u00e9ry. I tady jsou ale m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed ZS a GI m\u00e9n\u011b p\u0159esn\u00e1 ne\u017e m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed DS. P\u0159\u00edstroj je schopen automaticky prov\u00e1d\u011bt mnoho m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed denn\u011b, v l\u00e9t\u011b, kdy je den nejdel\u0161\u00ed, jsou to i des\u00edtky m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed denn\u011b.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"rtejustify\"><span style=\"color: #003366;\">Instalace Brewerova spektrofotometru znamenala ale i dal\u0161\u00ed pokrok v m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed ozonu, a to zah\u00e1jen\u00ed tzv. umkehr m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed vertik\u00e1ln\u00edho profilu ozonu. Tento typ m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 ur\u010dit\u00fdch optick\u00fdch zvl\u00e1\u0161tnost\u00ed v z\u00e1vislosti zenitov\u00e9 intenzity UV z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed na zenitov\u00e9m \u00fahlu Slunce v dob\u011b t\u011bsn\u011b po v\u00fdchodu, nebo t\u011bsn\u011b p\u0159ed z\u00e1padem Slunce. Z pr\u016fb\u011bhu t\u011bchto \u201eanom\u00e1li\u00ed\u201c lze pak odhadnout vertik\u00e1ln\u00ed profil ozonu. Tyto odhady na jednu stranu nejsou tak p\u0159esn\u00e9, jako je tomu t\u0159eba u v\u00fdstup\u016f z\u00a0balonov\u00fdch ozonov\u00fdch sond\u00e1\u017e\u00ed, oproti nim ale obsahuj\u00ed i informaci o mno\u017estv\u00ed ozonu ve st\u0159edn\u00ed a vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed stratosf\u00e9\u0159e, kam m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed pomoc\u00ed balonov\u00fdch sond nedos\u00e1hne.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"rtejustify\"><span style=\"color: #003366;\">Dal\u0161\u00edm nov\u00fdm produktem Brewerova spektrofotometru bylo spektr\u00e1ln\u00ed m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed intenzit UV z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed v oblasti cca 285 a\u017e cca 325 nm s krokem 0,5 nm. To umo\u017enilo p\u0159esn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed sledov\u00e1n\u00ed UV z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed, zejm\u00e9na v oblasti biologicky aktivn\u00edho UV-B z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"rtejustify\"><span style=\"color: #003366;\">V roce 2004 bylo p\u0159\u00edstrojov\u00e9 vybaven\u00ed SOO Hradec Kr\u00e1lov\u00e9 dopln\u011bno o dal\u0161\u00ed Brewer\u016fv spektrofotometr, \u010d. 184 (dvojit\u00fd monochrom\u00e1tor, Mk-III). Tento p\u0159\u00edstroj je je\u0161t\u011b o n\u011bco p\u0159esn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e jednoduch\u00fd monochrom\u00e1tor a m\u00e1 v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed rozsah vlnov\u00fdch d\u00e9lek pro spektr\u00e1ln\u00ed m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed UV z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed (cca 285 a\u017e cca 363 nm s krokem 0,5 nm, zahrnuje tedy v\u011bt\u0161inu UV-B oblasti a velkou \u010d\u00e1st UV-A). I tento p\u0159\u00edstroj samoz\u0159ejm\u011b m\u011b\u0159\u00ed celkov\u00fd ozon a vertik\u00e1ln\u00ed profily ozonu umkehr metodou.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"rtejustify\"><span style=\"color: #003366;\">T\u0159et\u00ed Brewer\u016fv spektrofotometr, \u010d. 199 (rovn\u011b\u017e Mk-III) byl pak po\u0159\u00edzen v roce 2009. Nem\u011b\u0159\u00ed na SOO Hradec Kr\u00e1lov\u00e9, ale je v r\u00e1mci mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed spolupr\u00e1ce pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n pro m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed v severn\u00edch nebo ji\u017en\u00edch subpol\u00e1rn\u00edch oblastech. V\u00a0letech 2010\u20132020 m\u011b\u0159il na argentinsk\u00e9 stanici Marambio na Antarktick\u00e9m poloostrov\u011b, od roku 2021 je instalov\u00e1n v severn\u00edch subpol\u00e1rn\u00edch oblastech na stanici Reykjav\u00edk na Islandu. I tento p\u0159\u00edstroj m\u011b\u0159\u00ed krom\u011b celkov\u00e9ho ozonu i ultrafialov\u00e1 spektra a vertik\u00e1ln\u00ed zvrstven\u00ed ozonu umkehr metodou. Jeho m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed lze tak pova\u017eovat za jeden z mezin\u00e1rodn\u00edch p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvk\u016f \u010cR a \u010cHM\u00da k pln\u011bn\u00ed z\u00e1v\u011br\u016f V\u00edde\u0148sk\u00e9 konvence o ochran\u011b ozonov\u00e9 vrstvy a Montrealsk\u00e9ho protokolu o l\u00e1tk\u00e1ch, po\u0161kozuj\u00edc\u00edch ozonovou vrstvu.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"rtejustify\"><span style=\"color: #003366;\">T\u00edm ale mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed spolupr\u00e1ce zdaleka nekon\u010d\u00ed. Pod veden\u00edm b\u00fdval\u00fdch vedouc\u00edch, dr. P\u00edchy a dr. Van\u00ed\u010dka, z\u00edskalo pracovi\u0161t\u011b velice silnou mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed presti\u017e. V sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b pracuje jako sekund\u00e1rn\u00ed evropsk\u00e9 kalibra\u010dn\u00ed centrum Dobsonov\u00fdch spektrofotometr\u016f, subregion\u00e1ln\u00ed kalibra\u010dn\u00ed centrum Brewerov\u00fdch spektrofotometr\u016f a velice \u00fazce spolupracuje s observato\u0159\u00ed DWD na Hohenpeissenbergu na problematice kalibrac\u00ed.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"rtejustify\"><span style=\"color: #003366;\">A d\u00edky aktivit\u00e1m ing. Sta\u0148ka ve spolupr\u00e1ci s\u00a0organizac\u00ed IOS (International Ozone Services, Toronto, Kanada) nap\u0159\u00edklad poch\u00e1z\u00ed velk\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1st celosv\u011btov\u011b pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00e9ho a unifikovan\u00e9ho software pro m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed Brewerov\u00fdmi spektrofotometry pr\u00e1v\u011b ze SOO Hradec Kr\u00e1lov\u00e9.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"rtejustify\"><span style=\"color: #003366;\">Datov\u00e9 \u0159ady, nam\u011b\u0159en\u00e9 za 60 let na SOO Hradec Kr\u00e1lov\u00e9, jsou pak velice \u010dasto vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1ny odborn\u00edky z cel\u00e9ho sv\u011bta. \u0160edes\u00e1tilet\u00e1 \u0159ada m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed ozonu jedn\u00edm p\u0159\u00edstrojem a na jednom m\u00edst\u011b je i ve sv\u011btov\u00e9m srovn\u00e1n\u00ed pom\u011brn\u011b unik\u00e1tn\u00ed z\u00a0d\u016fvodu sv\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edstrojov\u00e9 a lok\u00e1ln\u00ed homogenity.
