Nov\u00fd MAO byl proto poprv\u00e9 vytvo\u0159en ve form\u011b webov\u00fdch str\u00e1nek a tato elektronick\u00e1 podoba umo\u017e\u0148uje jeho lep\u0161\u00ed vyu\u017eit\u00ed p\u0159i v\u00fdcviku a vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed. Webov\u00e1 str\u00e1nka byla navr\u017eena pracovn\u00ed skupinou a odborn\u00edky z observato\u0159e v Hongkongu a byla vytvo\u0159ena a je provozov\u00e1na jm\u00e9nem WMO na domovsk\u00e9 str\u00e1nce port\u00e1lu (https:\/\/www.wmocloudatlas.org). Tvar floccus byl ofici\u00e1ln\u011b uzn\u00e1n i v souvislosti se stratocumulem. D\u0159\u00edve odd\u011blen\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1st o mate\u0159sk\u00fdch a speci\u00e1ln\u00edch oblac\u00edch jako jsou cataraktagenitus, flammagenitus, homogenitus, silvagenitus a homomutatus byla p\u0159ipojena ke klasifika\u010dn\u00edmu sch\u00e9matu obla\u010dnosti.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #003366;\">Pod samostatnou z\u00e1lo\u017ekou jsou pops\u00e1ny v\u0161echny zb\u00fdvaj\u00edc\u00ed atmosf\u00e9rick\u00e9 jevy (jin\u00e9 ne\u017e oblaky). Mezi hydrometeory bylo zahrnuto n\u011bkolik dal\u0161\u00edch jev\u016f, nap\u0159\u00edklad sn\u011bhov\u00fd v\u00edr \u010di v\u00edr z mlhy z vypa\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed nad hladinou (obr. 4), tzv. \u201erar\u00e1\u0161ci\u201c, a byly p\u0159id\u00e1ny podrobnosti t\u00fdkaj\u00edc\u00ed se typ\u016f torn\u00e1d. Optick\u00e9 jevy (fotometeory) se zna\u010dn\u011b roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159ily o popisy halov\u00fdch jev\u016f, duhy a fata morg\u00e1ny.
