B\u011bhem sv\u00e9ho u\u010ditelsk\u00e9ho anga\u017em\u00e1 absolvoval dopl\u0148uj\u00edc\u00ed studium zam\u011b\u0159en\u00e9 na vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed u\u010ditel\u016f. V roce 2007 obh\u00e1jil dizerta\u010dn\u00ed pr\u00e1ci na t\u00e9ma Objektivizace p\u0159edpov\u011bdi n\u00e1mrazy pro hydrometeorologick\u00e9 zabezpe\u010den\u00ed operace a byla mu ud\u011blena v\u011bdeck\u00e1 hodnost doktor (Ph.D.) v oboru letov\u00fd provoz a \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed letectva. Od z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed 2004 do ledna 2005 absolvoval Forecasting Cours (Met Office College, Exeter, Velk\u00e1 Brit\u00e1nie). Dal\u0161\u00ed odborn\u00ed kurzy byly ji\u017e kr\u00e1tkodob\u00e9, nap\u0159. v roce 2003 Open Weather Theatre (Rammstein, N\u011bmecko) \u010di Global Klimatology I a II (Exeter, Velk\u00e1 Brit\u00e1nie) v roce 2005. Od roku 2013 je \u010dlenem odborn\u00e9ho panelu MILMET (Military Meteorology) v r\u00e1mci The Meteorologikal and Oce\u00e1nographic Military Commitee Working Group (MCWG METOC).<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #003366;\">B\u011bhem dosavadn\u00ed vojensk\u00e9 kari\u00e9ry se v letech 2002-2003 z\u00fa\u010dastnil jako vojensk\u00fd pozorovatel m\u00edrov\u00e9 operace Organizace spojen\u00fdch n\u00e1rod\u016f v Ir\u00e1ku UNGCI (United Nations Guards Contingent in Iraq) a jako meteorolog-d\u016fstojn\u00edk specialista p\u016fsobil v roce 2008 na velitelstv\u00ed m\u00edrov\u00e9 operace KFOR v Kosovu (Kosovo Force) a v letech 2011 a 2015 v m\u00edst\u011b ozbrojen\u00e9ho konfliktu v r\u00e1mci operac\u00ed ISAF a RS v Afganist\u00e1nu (Resolute Support).<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #003366;\">V roce 2012 nastoupil k VGHM\u00da\u0159 na funkci n\u00e1\u010deln\u00edka odboru, kter\u00fd dnes nese n\u00e1zev hydrometeorologick\u00fdch technologi\u00ed a p\u016fsob\u00ed v Praze na Ruzyni. V letech 2019-2020 p\u016fsobil ve funkci z\u00e1stupce \u0159editele VGHM\u00da\u0159.
