Nemohli jsme uv\u011b\u0159it, \u017ee tich\u00fd skromn\u00fd p\u00e1n, kter\u00fd je\u0161t\u011b ned\u00e1vno pracoval ne\u00adn\u00e1padn\u011b a sv\u011bdomit\u011b v na\u0161em pracovn\u00edm kolektivu, ji\u017e nen\u00ed mezi n\u00e1mi.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #003366;\">Vladim\u00edr Jakl se narodil 27. kv\u011btna 1910 v Ho\u0159ic\u00edch v Pod\u00adkrkono\u0161\u00ed. Poch\u00e1zel z tkalcovsk\u00e9 rodiny, ale otcovsk\u00e9mu \u0159emeslu nez\u016fstal v\u011brn\u00fd. Vyu\u010dil se truhl\u00e1\u0159em a po absolvov\u00e1n\u00ed St\u00e1tn\u00ed pr\u016f\u00admyslov\u00e9 \u0161koly stavebn\u00ed v r. 1931 v Hradci Kr\u00e1lov\u00e9 v\u0161e nasv\u011bd\u010do\u00advalo tomu, \u017ee bude pracovat ve sv\u00e9m vyu\u010den\u00e9m oboru.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-e93c11f elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"e93c11f\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-settings=\"{&quot;_ha_eqh_enable&quot;:false}\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-6b169ea\" data-id=\"6b169ea\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-768db9e elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"768db9e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div><p class=\"rtejustify\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #003366;\">Do roku 1937 pracoval Vladim\u00edr Jakl sice u r\u016fzn\u00fdch truhl\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fdch a n\u00e1bytk\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fdch firem, v do\u00adb\u011b hospod\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e9 krize byl i dva roky bez pr\u00e1ce, ale v ro\u00adce 1937 nastoupil na MNO jako civiln\u00ed zam\u011bstnanec \u2014 kresli\u010d pov\u011btrnostn\u00ed slu\u017eby \u2014 na leti\u0161ti v Ruzyni. A d\u00e1 se \u0159\u00edci, \u017ee ve sv\u00e9m nov\u00e9m povol\u00e1n\u00ed na\u0161el plnou sebe\u00adrealizaci a z\u016fstal mu v\u011brn\u00fd a\u017e do konce sv\u00e9ho \u017eivota.<\/span><\/p><\/div><p class=\"rtejustify\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #003366;\">Do slu\u017eeb St\u00e1tn\u00edho meteorologick\u00e9ho \u00fastavu p\u0159e\u0161el Vladim\u00edr Jakl v r. 1940 a krom\u011b tot\u00e1ln\u00edho nasazen\u00ed v letech 1943 \u2014 1945 pracoval v \u00fastavu prakticky a\u017e do sv\u00e9 smrti. Za tu dobu vypracoval stovky odborn\u00fdch n\u00e1kres\u016f (klimatick\u00fdch map, obr\u00e1zk\u016f, matric apod.) a by\u0165 se jeho jm\u00e9no neobjevovalo na str\u00e1nk\u00e1ch Meteoro\u00adlogick\u00fdch zpr\u00e1v, mnoh\u00fd z autor\u016f jist\u011b potvrd\u00ed, kolikr\u00e1t pomohl na posledn\u00ed chv\u00edli s p\u0159ekreslen\u00edm obr\u00e1zk\u016f.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"rtejustify\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #003366;\">Politicky nebyl Vladim\u00edr Jakl organizov\u00e1n, ale k sou\u010dasn\u00e9mu d\u011bn\u00ed m\u011bl v\u017edy bl\u00edzk\u00fd vztah. Nebyl sice typem funkcion\u00e1\u0159e, ale p\u0159esto vykon\u00e1val n\u011bkolik let velmi dob\u0159e funkci \u00fasekov\u00e9ho d\u016f\u00adv\u011brn\u00edka. V roce 1970 byl Vladim\u00edru Jaklovi za mimo\u0159\u00e1dn\u00e9 pracovn\u00ed v\u00fdsledky ud\u011blen odznak ministra a \u00daVOS \u201eBudova\u00adtel vodn\u00edho hospod\u00e1\u0159stv\u00ed&#8221;.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"rtejustify\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #003366;\">Co \u0159\u00edci o Vladim\u00edru Jaklovi mimo z\u00e1kladn\u00ed biografick\u00e9 \u00fadaje? Dalo by se \u0159\u00edci mnoho. Pat\u0159il toti\u017e do kategorie pracovn\u00edk\u016f, pro n\u011b\u017e je zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed kon\u00ed\u010dkem, z\u00e1libou, \u00fad\u011blem, ale i povinnost\u00ed. Pat\u0159il k t\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti pracovn\u00edk\u016f, kter\u00e1 jen z\u0159\u00eddkakdy u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 slov ne\u00admohu, neud\u011bl\u00e1m. Sv\u011bdomit\u00fd, odpov\u011bdn\u00fd, precizn\u00ed pracovn\u00edk. A p\u0159itom \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd morous, i kdy\u017e na povrchu uzav\u0159en\u00fd a m\u00e1lo\u00admluvn\u00fd. M\u011bl r\u00e1d svou pr\u00e1ci, rodinu, domov a lidi.
