Kosila.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"rtejustify\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #003366;\">T\u00e9ma kandid\u00e1tsk\u00e9 diserta\u010dn\u00ed pr\u00e1ce p\u0159edur\u010dilo jeho celo\u017eivotn\u00ed specializaci na mikroklima st\u00e1jov\u00e9ho prost\u0159e\u00add\u00ed. Po \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u00e9m ukon\u010den\u00ed v\u011bdeck\u00e9 aspirantury nastoupil jako v\u011bdeck\u00fd pracovn\u00edk v \u010cSAZV na \u00faseku agrometeorologie a v roce 1961 po smrti doc. Uhl\u00ed\u0159e p\u0159e\u0161el na V\u0160Z, nejprve jako odborn\u00fd asistent a od roku 1963 a\u017e do sv\u00e9 smrti jako docent pro obor agrometeorologie. Tuto disci\u00adpl\u00ednu p\u0159edn\u00e1\u0161el na fytotechnick\u00e9m, zootechnick\u00e9m, meliora\u010dn\u00edm a provozn\u011b ekonomick\u00e9m oboru.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"rtejustify\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #003366;\">V docentu Ke\u0161nerovi ode\u0161el z nepo\u010detn\u00e9 \u0159ady specia\u00adlist\u016f agrometeorolog\u016f nejen zku\u0161en\u00fd vysoko\u0161kolsk\u00fd u\u010ditel, ale i uzn\u00e1van\u00fd odborn\u00edk zejm\u00e9na na problematiku st\u00e1jov\u00e9ho prost\u0159ed\u00ed.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"rtejustify\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #003366;\">V\u00fdznamn\u011b se rovn\u011b\u017e pod\u00edlel na organiza\u010dn\u00ed a propag\u00e1torsk\u00e9 pr\u00e1ci oboru, a to jednak jako tajemn\u00edk a pozd\u011bji p\u0159edseda komise zem\u011bd\u011blsk\u00e9 meteorologie a klimatologie p\u0159i \u010cSAZV, jednak jako dlouholet\u00fd \u010dlen Hlavn\u00edho v\u00fdboru \u010ceskoslovensk\u00e9 bioklimatologick\u00e9 spole\u010dnosti a p\u0159edseda sekce bioklimatologie zv\u00ed\u0159at. \u0158adu let byl rovn\u011b\u017e \u010dlenem Mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed biometeorologick\u00e9 spole\u010dnosti.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"rtejustify\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #003366;\">V l\u00e9tech 1966\u20141970 p\u016fsobil jako expert SMO v Ka\u00admerunu se zam\u011b\u0159en\u00edm na pomoc n\u00e1rodn\u00ed meteorologick\u00e9 a agrometeorologick\u00e9 slu\u017eb\u011b.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"rtejustify\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #003366;\">Publikoval na 25 p\u016fvodn\u00edch prac\u00ed a refer\u00e1t\u016f v dom\u00e1\u00adc\u00edch i zahrani\u010dn\u00edch odborn\u00fdch \u010dasopisech, pod\u00edlel se na vyd\u00e1n\u00ed \u010dty\u0159 odborn\u00fdch knih a sedmi u\u010debn\u00edch text\u016f pro st\u0159edn\u00ed i vysok\u00e9 \u0161koly. Vypracoval d\u00e1le \u0159adu expertiz a odborn\u00fdch posudk\u016f pro r\u016fzn\u00e9 instituce a zem\u011bd\u011blsk\u00e9 z\u00e1vody.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"rtejustify\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #003366;\">Podle jeho u\u010debn\u00edch text\u016f se ji\u017e \u0159adu let p\u0159ipravuj\u00ed poslucha\u010di vysok\u00fdch zem\u011bd\u011blsk\u00fdch \u0161kol v Praze, Brn\u011b a \u010cesk\u00fdch Bud\u011bjovic\u00edch.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"rtejustify\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #003366;\">Nem\u00e9n\u011b v\u00fdznamn\u00e1 byla i ve\u0159ejn\u00e1 \u010dinnost doc. Ke\u0161nera. Z \u0159ady funkc\u00ed, kter\u00e9 postupn\u011b zast\u00e1val zejm\u00e9na v t\u011blo\u00adv\u00fdchovn\u00e9m a odborov\u00e9m hnut\u00ed, jmenujme alespo\u0148 jeho \u010dlenstv\u00ed v p\u0159edsednictvu Odborov\u00e9ho svazu \u0161kolstv\u00ed a v\u011bdy v Praze 6, kde pracoval od roku 1971 a\u017e do sv\u00e9 smrti.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"rtejustify\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #003366;\">Pro ve\u0161kerou pr\u00e1ci doc. Ke\u0161nera byl v\u017edy p\u0159\u00edzna\u010dn\u00fd rozv\u00e1\u017en\u00fd a promy\u0161len\u00fd p\u0159\u00edstup, jasn\u00e1 koncepce, p\u0159esnost a seri\u00f3znost.
