U\u017e v mladosti prejavil z\u00e1ujem o pr\u00edrodn\u00e9 javy, najma zm\u011bny po\u010dasia. Tento vztah potvrdil r. 1926 zriaden\u00edm moteorologickej stanice v rodnom dome, na ktorej za pomoci rodinn\u00fdch pr\u00edslu\u0161n\u00edkov dlh\u00e9 roky pozoroval.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-e93c11f elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"e93c11f\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-settings=\"{&quot;_ha_eqh_enable&quot;:false}\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-6b169ea\" data-id=\"6b169ea\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-768db9e elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"768db9e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"rtejustify\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #003366;\">V r. 1933 t\u00e1to stanica bola za\u0159\u00e1d\u011bn\u00e1 do z\u00e1kladnej telerafuj\u00facej siete a a\u017e do roku 1947 denn\u011b pod\u00e1vala spr\u00e1vy t\u00e1tnemu meteorologick\u00e9mu \u00fastavu. Podstatnou mierou podielal sa na vypracovan\u00ed n\u00e1vrhu na zriadenie meteoro\u00adlogick\u00e9ho observat\u00f3ria na Lomnickom \u0161t\u00edte a ako redaktor na str\u00e1nk\u00e1ch tla\u010de i na r\u016fzn\u00fdch sch\u016fdzach podporoval realiz\u00e1ciu tejto akcie. Ako novin\u00e1\u0159 popularizoval meteorol\u00f3giu, jej d\u016fle\u017eitost a v\u00fdznam pre praktick\u00fa \u010dinnost \u010dlov\u011bka a pot\u0159eby n\u00e1rodn\u00e9ho hospod\u00e1rstva. Z jeho \u00fast odznela v bratislavskom rozhlase prv\u00e1 p\u0159ed\u00adn\u00e1\u0161ka o meteorologii a jej poslan\u00ed.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"rtejustify\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #003366;\">V svojej novin\u00e1rskej praxi si v\u0161\u00edmal najma vplyvu po\u010dasia na zdravie \u010dlov\u011bka. V r. 1934\u20141935 spracoval n\u00e1vody na aplik\u00e1ciu \u00fadajov o po\u010das\u00ed, resp. podnebia v s\u00fadnej a lek\u00e1rskej praxi. S\u00e1m nap\u00edsal niekolko \u010dl\u00e1nkov o mo\u017enostiach vyu\u017e\u00edvania niektor\u00fdch pol\u016fh pre \u00fa\u010dely klimatickej lie\u010dby. Po odchode do d\u016fchodku za\u010dal v r\u00e1mci \u010diastkov\u00e9ho pracovn\u00e9ho \u00favazku na V\u00fdskumnom \u00fastave hum\u00e1nnej bioklimatol\u00f3gie v Bratislav\u011b spolu\u00adpracovat na rie\u0161en\u00ed \u0161t\u00e1tnej \u00falohy z\u00e1kladn\u00e9ho v\u00fdskumu VII-2-8\/2 \u201eVplyv po\u010dasia na v\u00fdskyt infarktu srdcov\u00e9ho svalu&#8221;.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"rtejustify\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #003366;\">S\u00fadruh Vladim\u00edr Kedrovi\u010d bol \u010dlenom KS\u010c od r. 1938; pre\u0161iel viacer\u00fdm v\u00e1\u017en\u011bn\u00edm i r\u016fzn\u00fdmi stranick\u00fdmi funk-ciami. Aktivn\u011b sa z\u00fa\u010dastnil SNP a p\u016fsobil v ileg\u00e1lnej KSS ako instruktor hornonitrianskej Grzn\u00e1rovej brig\u00e1dy.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"rtejustify\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #003366;\">Za dlhoro\u010dn\u00fa politick\u00fa i odborn\u00fa \u010dinnost mu bolo ud\u011blen\u00e9 viacero stranick\u00fdch i \u0161t\u00e1tnych uznan\u00ed a \u010destn\u00fdch diplomov.
