Narodil se v Praze na Sm\u00edchov\u011b, re\u00e1ln\u00e9 gymnasium absolvo\u00adval v r. 1928 ve Dvo\u0159e Kr\u00e1lov\u00e9, kde tak\u00e9 po studi\u00edch matematiky, fyziky a meteorologie na P\u0159\u00edrodov\u011bdeck\u00e9 fakult\u011b Karlovy univer\u00adsity p\u016fsobil jako st\u0159edo\u0161kolsk\u00fd profesor a\u017e do r. 1941. Uhl\u00ed\u0159 vedouc\u00edm odd\u011blen\u00ed pro zem\u011bd\u011blskou meteorologii ve St\u00e1tn\u00edm meteorologick\u00e9m \u00fastav\u011b.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"rtejustify\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #003366;\">Sv\u00fdch zku\u0161enost\u00ed v\u00fdhodn\u011b pak vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 ve spolupr\u00e1ci s aka\u00addemiky Ma\u0159anem a Lhotou v \u010cSAZV p\u0159i prvn\u00edch v\u00fdzkumn\u00fdch m\u011b\u0159en\u00edch na v\u011btrolamech v \u010cSR a d\u00e1le ve spolupr\u00e1ci se Stru\u017e\u00adkou, v letech 1950 a 1951 p\u0159i m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed na v\u011btrolamech v Dobrud\u017ei v Bulharsku, kter\u00e1\u017eto \u010dinnost byla provedena na pozv\u00e1n\u00ed vl\u00e1dy NRB v r\u00e1mci mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed spolupr\u00e1ce sov\u011btsk\u00fdch, bulharsk\u00fdch a \u010deskoslovensk\u00fdch specialist\u016f a zam\u011b\u0159ena na v\u00fdzkum p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00edch podm\u00ednek pro zakl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed ochrann\u00fdch lesn\u00edch p\u00e1s\u016f.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"rtejustify\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #003366;\">V r. 1951 p\u0159ech\u00e1z\u00ed k prof. Ko\u0161ilov\u00ed na Agronomickou fakultu Vysok\u00e9 \u0161koly zem\u011bd\u011blsk\u00e9 (katedru p\u016fdoznalstv\u00ed a agrometeoro-logie), kde p\u016fsob\u00ed dodnes a kde rozvinul \u0161irokou pedagogickou \u010dinnost.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"rtejustify\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #003366;\">Mimo mnoha publikac\u00ed a p\u0159eklad\u016f napsal dvoud\u00edlnou \u201eMete\u00adorologii&#8221; a v posledn\u00ed dob\u011b celost\u00e1tn\u00ed u\u010debnici meteorologie pro vysok\u00e9 \u0161koly zem\u011bd\u011blsk\u00e9.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"rtejustify\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #003366;\">Docent dr.
