Vystudoval Matematicko-fyzik\u00e1ln\u00ed fakultu Univerzity Karlovy, obor meteorologie a klimatologie. V \u010cHM\u00da za\u010dal pracovat na pozici asistent meteorologa v roce 2001, n\u00e1sledn\u011b pokra\u010doval jako meteorolog p\u0159edpov\u011bdn\u00edho pracovi\u0161t\u011b a v roce 2023 se stal \u0159editelem pro p\u0159edpov\u011bdn\u00ed slu\u017ebu.
