Stretnutie sneh\u00e1rov. Jedn\u00e1 se o ji\u017e tradi\u010dn\u00ed ka\u017edoro\u010dn\u00ed akci, kde se potk\u00e1vaj\u00ed odborn\u00edci z \u0159ad hydrolog\u016f, meteorolog\u016f, akademick\u00fdch pracovn\u00edk\u016f nebo vysoko\u0161kolsk\u00fdch student\u016f, ale i t\u0159eba \u010dlen\u016f Horsk\u00e9 slu\u017eby, v\u011bt\u0161inou z \u010cesk\u00e9 a Slovensk\u00e9 republiky, a kterou letos organizoval \u00dastav hydrol\u00f3gie Slovenskej akad\u00e9mie vied, v. v. i. Sn\u00edh je d\u016fle\u017eitou sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed sr\u00e1\u017eek a odtoku, v hydrologick\u00e9m cyklu na Zemi m\u00e1 pom\u011brn\u011b unik\u00e1tn\u00ed postaven\u00ed. V mnoh\u00fdch oblastech sv\u011bta je taj\u00edc\u00ed sn\u00edh nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00edm zdrojem vody pro vodn\u00ed cyklus a \u017eivot \u010dlov\u011bka, ale i v na\u0161ich podm\u00ednk\u00e1ch je v\u00fdznamn\u00fdm faktorem tvorby klimatu a odtoku vody, ovliv\u0148uje profesn\u00ed i volno\u010dasov\u00e9 aktivity \u010dlov\u011bka. Je tedy z\u0159ejm\u00e9, pro\u010d je sn\u011bhu soustavn\u011b v\u011bnov\u00e1na n\u00e1le\u017eit\u00e1 pozornost, a to nejen z pohledu hydrologie a klimatologie, ale nap\u0159\u00ed\u010d r\u016fzn\u00fdmi v\u011bdn\u00edmi obory a lidsk\u00fdmi \u010dinnostmi.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-88ee8af elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"88ee8af\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-settings=\"{&quot;_ha_eqh_enable&quot;:false}\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-03b7a83\" data-id=\"03b7a83\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7cafc30 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"7cafc30\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"color: #003366;\">I proto m\u00e1 ka\u017edoro\u010dn\u00ed setk\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed a v\u00fdm\u011bna poznatk\u016f v oblasti m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed a hodnocen\u00ed sn\u011bhov\u00fdch charakteristik \u0161ir\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdznam a perspektivu.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #003366;\">Sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed akce Stretnutie sneh\u00e1rov jsou v\u017edy odborn\u00e9 p\u0159edn\u00e1\u0161ky a tematick\u00e9 exkurze po monitorovan\u00fdch a v\u00fdzkumn\u00fdch lokalit\u00e1ch p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00e9 horsk\u00e9 oblasti. V r\u00e1mci ter\u00e9nn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti semin\u00e1\u0159e prob\u00edh\u00e1 zpravidla spole\u010dn\u00e9 m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed parametr\u016f sn\u011bhov\u00e9 pokr\u00fdvky, n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bva meteorologick\u00fdch stanic nebo uk\u00e1zka pr\u00e1ce horsk\u00e9 slu\u017eby. Letos byly na programu mj. n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bva a m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed sn\u011bhu spojen\u00e9 s v\u00fd\u0161lapem k meteorologick\u00fdm stanic\u00edm Horsk\u00e9 z\u00e1chrann\u00e9 slu\u017eby v oblasti Roh\u00e1\u010d\u016f na vrchol Salat\u00edn a do Salat\u00ednsk\u00e9 doliny, nebo do Roh\u00e1\u010dsk\u00e9 doliny a k\u00a0Roh\u00e1\u010dsk\u00e9mu vodop\u00e1du v Zelen\u00e9 dolin\u011b. Krom\u011b m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed sn\u011bhu, uk\u00e1zky provozu a \u00fadr\u017eby konkr\u00e9tn\u00edch meteorologick\u00fdch stanic, zde byla jako sou\u010d\u00e1st lavinov\u00e9 prevence testov\u00e1na i stabilita sn\u011bhov\u00e9 pokr\u00fdvky prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm kopan\u00fdch sn\u011bhov\u00fdch profil\u016f.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #003366;\">Na semin\u00e1\u0159i pak v odpoledn\u00edch bloc\u00edch zazn\u011bla cel\u00e1 \u0159ada zaj\u00edmav\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvk\u016f od \u010desk\u00fdch a slovensk\u00fdch koleg\u016f. Refer\u00e1ty z oblasti Tater a st\u0159edn\u00edho Slovenska se v\u011bnovaly dlouhodob\u00fdm v\u00fdsledk\u016fm m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed a t\u00e1n\u00ed sn\u011bhu na v\u00fdzkumn\u00fdch ploch\u00e1ch a povod\u00edch, modelov\u00e1n\u00ed nebo lavinov\u00e9 prevenci a Meteoport\u00e1lu v p\u016fsobnosti Horsk\u00e9 z\u00e1chrann\u00e9 slu\u017eby. Kolegov\u00e9 z Univerzity Karlovy a \u010cesk\u00e9 zem\u011bd\u011blsk\u00e9 univerzity \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edky semin\u00e1\u0159e sezn\u00e1mili s problematikou odhadu zimn\u00edch sr\u00e1\u017eek prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed na sn\u011bhom\u011brn\u00fdch stanic\u00edch, resp. s\u00a0histori\u00ed lavinov\u00e9 aktivity v Krkono\u0161\u00edch. Zam\u011bstnanci z\u00a0hydrologick\u00fdch pracovi\u0161\u0165 \u010cesk\u00e9ho hydrometeorologick\u00e9ho \u00fastavu (\u010cHM\u00da) p\u0159edn\u00e1\u0161eli o zku\u0161enostech s provozem automatick\u00fdch stanic pro m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed sn\u011bhu a soub\u011b\u017en\u00fdch expedi\u010dn\u00edch m\u011b\u0159en\u00edch, v n\u00e1vaznosti na to pak i o vyu\u017eit\u00ed t\u011bchto dat pro hydroprogn\u00f3zu. Ve spolupr\u00e1ci meteorolog\u016f \u010cHM\u00da, Jiho\u010desk\u00e9 univerzity v\u00a0\u010cesk\u00fdch Bud\u011bjovic\u00edch (FZT JU), \u00dastavu pro hydrodynamiku (\u00daH AV\u010cR) a meteo-sumava.cz byly p\u0159edneseny dva p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvky, jeden byl o v\u00fdznamu automatick\u00fdch stanic pro m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed sn\u011bhu na \u0160umav\u011b a druh\u00fd o zm\u011bn\u00e1ch v pom\u011bru v\u00fd\u0161ky nov\u00e9ho sn\u011bhu a \u00fahrnu sr\u00e1\u017eek v chladn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti roku za obdob\u00ed 1961 a\u017e 2020 v horsk\u00fdch a podhorsk\u00fdch oblastech \u010ceska. Prezentovan\u00e9 v\u00fdsledky a hodnocen\u00ed vyvolaly z\u00e1jem a zaj\u00edmavou diskusi, kter\u00e1 \u010dasto pokra\u010dovala i po skon\u010den\u00ed p\u0159edn\u00e1\u0161kov\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti programu do pozdn\u00edch ve\u010dern\u00edch hodin.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #003366;\">D\u00edky \u00fa\u010dasti na leto\u0161n\u00edm semin\u00e1\u0159i XXVI. Stretnutie sneh\u00e1rov tak bylo mo\u017eno op\u011bt nab\u00fdt mnoho nov\u00fdch poznatk\u016f a podn\u011bt\u016f pro dal\u0161\u00ed \u010dinnost a spolupr\u00e1ci v problematice monitoringu sn\u011bhu.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #003366;\">Zat\u00edmco leto\u0161n\u00ed semin\u00e1\u0159 se konal v Z\u00e1padn\u00edch Tatr\u00e1ch, vloni to bylo v Krkono\u0161\u00edch, tak se p\u0159edpokl\u00e1d\u00e1, \u017ee p\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u00ed ro\u010dn\u00edk bude zorganizov\u00e1n op\u011bt na hor\u00e1ch v \u010cesku.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #003366;\"><em>Jan Proch\u00e1zka, Veronika \u0160ustkov\u00e1, Pavel Lipina,<\/em> <em>Meteorologick\u00e9 zpr\u00e1vy, ro\u010d. 76, 2023\/2<\/em><\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ve dnech 14. a\u017e 16. b\u0159ezna 2023 se u Zuberce v Z\u00e1padn\u00edch Tatr\u00e1ch (v are\u00e1lu UNIZA \u2013 univerzitn\u00edm st\u0159edisku \u017dilinsk\u00e9 univerzity v \u017dilin\u011b) konal mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed semin\u00e1\u0159 XXVI.
