Pod\u011bkov\u00e1n\u00ed zde pat\u0159\u00ed v\u0161em koleg\u016fm, kte\u0159\u00ed se na t\u00e9to p\u0159\u00edprav\u011b pod\u00edleli zejm\u00e9na koleg\u016fm z\u00a0Odd\u011blen\u00ed meteorologie a\u00a0klimatologie pobo\u010dky Brno.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #003366;\">Pro hodnocen\u00ed dan\u00e9ho obdob\u00ed z\u00a0klimatologick\u00e9ho hlediska \u010di pro popis pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00fdch hodnot klimatick\u00fdch prvk\u016f v\u00a0dan\u00e9m m\u00edst\u011b jsou pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1ny klimatick\u00e9 norm\u00e1ly. Standardn\u00ed klimatick\u00e9 norm\u00e1ly dle Sv\u011btov\u00e9 meteorologick\u00e9 organizace (WMO, z\u00a0angl. World Meteorological Organization) jsou po\u010d\u00edt\u00e1ny jako 30let\u00e9 pr\u016fm\u011bry z\u00a0homogenizovan\u00fdch a\u00a0dopln\u011bn\u00fdch \u0159ad klimatick\u00fdch prvk\u016f.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #003366;\">Dle doporu\u010den\u00ed WMO byly d\u0159\u00edve tyto norm\u00e1ly aktualizov\u00e1ny ka\u017ed\u00fdch 30 let. S ohledem na rychle prob\u00edhaj\u00edc\u00ed zm\u011bny klimatu WMO v\u00a0\u010dervnu 2015 resoluc\u00ed Resolution 4.1(4)\/2 (Cg-17) nov\u011b doporu\u010dilo prov\u00e1d\u011bt klimatologick\u00e9 hodnocen\u00ed aktu\u00e1ln\u00edho obdob\u00ed vzhledem k\u00a0nejbl\u00ed\u017ee skon\u010den\u00e9mu t\u0159icetilet\u00ed. Na z\u00e1klad\u011b tohoto doporu\u010den\u00ed bylo pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00e9 norm\u00e1lov\u00e9 obdob\u00ed 1961\u20131990 nahrazeno obdob\u00edm 1981\u20132010. Toto norm\u00e1lov\u00e9 obdob\u00ed bylo pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1no do sou\u010dasnosti a\u017e do p\u0159\u00edpravy nov\u00fdch norm\u00e1l\u016f 1991\u20132020. Norm\u00e1l 1961\u20131990 dle doporu\u010den\u00ed WMO z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 platn\u00fdm m\u011b\u0159\u00edtkem pro hodnocen\u00ed dlouhodob\u00fdch zm\u011bn klimatu.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #003366;\">Za \u00fa\u010delem v\u00fdpo\u010dtu hodnot nov\u00fdch norm\u00e1l\u016f jsou na \u010cHM\u00da p\u0159ipravov\u00e1ny technick\u00e9 \u0159ady (tj. \u0159ady m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed homogenizovan\u00e9 a\u00a0dopln\u011bn\u00e9 o\u00a0chyb\u011bj\u00edc\u00ed hodnoty) jednotliv\u00fdch klimatologick\u00fdch prvk\u016f. Technick\u00e9 \u0159ady jsou zat\u00edm p\u0159ipraveny pro z\u00e1kladn\u00ed klimatick\u00e9 prvky teplota vzduchu a\u00a0sr\u00e1\u017ekov\u00e9 \u00fahrny v\u00a0lokalit\u00e1ch vybran\u00fdch stanic s\u00a0dostate\u010dn\u011b dlouhou \u0159adou pozorov\u00e1n\u00ed. P\u0159\u00edprava technick\u00fdch \u0159ad dal\u0161\u00edch prvk\u016f prozat\u00edm nen\u00ed dokon\u010dena.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #003366;\">Napo\u010dten\u00e9 technick\u00e9 \u0159ady byly vyu\u017eity pro v\u00fdpo\u010det \u00fazemn\u00edch norm\u00e1l\u016f 1991\u20132020 (tj. norm\u00e1l\u016f pro \u00fazem\u00ed \u010cesk\u00e9 republiky a\u00a0jednotliv\u00fdch kraj\u016f) pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9 teploty vzduchu a\u00a0sr\u00e1\u017ekov\u00fdch \u00fahrn\u016f. Prostorov\u00e9 pr\u016fm\u011bry byly p\u0159ipraveny b\u011b\u017en\u011b pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00fdmi interpola\u010dn\u00edmi metodami pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00fdmi v\u00a0\u010cHM\u00da v\u00a0prost\u0159ed\u00ed GIS.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #003366;\"><strong>P\u0159esto\u017ee dosud u\u017e\u00edvan\u00e9 norm\u00e1lov\u00e9 obdob\u00ed 1981\u20132010 a\u00a0nov\u00e9 obdob\u00ed 1991\u20132020 se 20 let p\u0159ekr\u00fdvaj\u00ed, je u\u00a0teploty vzduchu dob\u0159e patrn\u00fd n\u00e1r\u016fst.\u00a0<\/strong>Norm\u00e1l pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9 ro\u010dn\u00ed teploty vzduchu za obdob\u00ed 1991\u20132020 pro \u00fazem\u00ed \u010cR (8,3 \u00b0C) je o\u00a00,4\u00a0\u00b0C vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e norm\u00e1l 1981\u20132010 (7,9 \u00b0C). V jednotliv\u00fdch kraj\u00edch \u010din\u00ed zm\u011bna ro\u010dn\u00edho norm\u00e1lu teploty vzduchu v\u011bt\u0161inou 0,4\u20130,5\u00a0\u00b0C. Pro v\u011bt\u0161inu m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f se pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e1 teplota na \u00fazem\u00ed \u010cR zv\u00fd\u0161ila o\u00a00,5\u20130,7 \u00b0C. Men\u0161\u00ed zm\u011bna nastala v\u00a0jarn\u00edch a\u00a0podzimn\u00edch m\u011bs\u00edc\u00edch b\u0159ezen, kv\u011bten, z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed a\u00a0\u0159\u00edjen. Ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed n\u00e1r\u016fst teploty vzduchu v\u00a0z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed a\u00a0\u0159\u00edjnu je pozorov\u00e1n dlouhodob\u011b. V \u0159ad\u011b \u00fazemn\u00edch teplot za obdob\u00ed 1961\u20132020 vykazuj\u00ed statisticky nev\u00fdznamn\u00fd trend n\u00e1r\u016fstu m\u00e9n\u011b ne\u017e 0,2\u00a0\u00b0C za 10 let.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #003366;\"><strong>Norm\u00e1l ro\u010dn\u00edho \u00fahrnu sr\u00e1\u017eek na \u00fazem\u00ed \u010cR a\u00a0jednotliv\u00fdch kraj\u016f se t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 nezm\u011bnil v\u016f\u010di norm\u00e1lu 1981\u20132010.\u00a0<\/strong>Ve v\u011bt\u0161in\u011b kraj\u016f norm\u00e1l 1991\u20132020 p\u0159edstavuje 98\u2013102 % norm\u00e1lu 1981\u20132010. O n\u011bco znateln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed nastalo pouze v\u00a0Libereck\u00e9m a\u00a0Kr\u00e1lov\u00e9hradeck\u00e9m kraji (o 4\u20135 % v\u016f\u010di norm\u00e1lu 1981\u20132020). Rozd\u00edly v\u0161ak pozorujeme v\u00a0rozlo\u017een\u00ed sr\u00e1\u017eek v\u00a0pr\u016fb\u011bhu roku. Sr\u00e1\u017ekov\u00fd norm\u00e1l 1991\u20132020 pro \u00fazem\u00ed \u010cR je o\u00a0v\u00edce ne\u017e 5 % ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed oproti norm\u00e1lu 1981\u20132010 v\u00a0m\u011bs\u00edc\u00edch duben, listopad a\u00a0prosinec. Naopak v\u00fdrazn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed n\u00e1r\u016fst pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9ho \u00fahrnu sr\u00e1\u017eek nastal v\u00a0m\u011bs\u00edci \u0159\u00edjen a\u00a0u\u00a0n\u011bkter\u00fdch z\u00a0kraj\u016f tak\u00e9 v\u00a0\u010dervnu a\u00a0z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed. M\u011bs\u00edcem s\u00a0nejni\u017e\u0161\u00edm pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00fdm \u00fahrnem sr\u00e1\u017eek na \u00fazem\u00ed \u010cR a\u00a0v\u011bt\u0161in\u011b kraj\u016f z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 \u00fanor, v\u00a0n\u011bkter\u00fdch kraj\u00edch p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm v\u00a0severn\u00ed polovin\u011b \u010cech se v\u0161ak minimum sr\u00e1\u017eek v\u00a0ro\u010dn\u00edm chodu vyskytuje v\u00a0dubnu.
