Jde o ocen\u011bn\u00ed pro osobnosti a pracovn\u00ed t\u00fdmy \u010desk\u00e9ho letectv\u00ed a kosmonautiky za celo\u017eivotn\u00ed p\u0159\u00ednos nebo mimo\u0159\u00e1dn\u00e9 v\u00fdsledky v t\u011bchto odv\u011btv\u00edch. v tajn\u00e9m hlasov\u00e1n\u00ed byl za rok 2011 vybr\u00e1n z 23 n\u00e1vrh\u016f jeden pracovn\u00ed t\u00fdm a osm jednotlivc\u016f. Mezi nimi byl ocen\u011bn p.
