Jana Br\u00e1dky nelze jinak, ne\u017e z osobn\u00edho pohledu.<\/span><\/p><div><p class=\"rtejustify\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #003366;\">12. prosince 1982 bys s n\u00e1mi v dru\u017en\u00e9m posezen\u00ed oslavil narozeniny. Byla by to oslava sice d\u016fstojn\u00e1, ale hlavn\u011b rozvern\u00e1. Pov\u00eddalo by se o v\u0161em mo\u017en\u00e9m, ale jak T\u011b zn\u00e1m, nejv\u00edc o pr\u00e1ci. Nenapadlo by T\u011b jen pomyslet na odpo\u010dinek! Bohu\u017eel, tato p\u0159edstava je v\u0161ak spojena s typick\u00fdm \u010desk\u00fdm slov\u00ed\u010dkem kdy\u00adby&#8230; V\u017edy\u0165 to bude brzy ji\u017e 10 let, co jsi n\u00e1s v\u0161echny, ale p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm Zdenku, Pavlu a Honzu n\u00e1hle opustil, a to nav\u017edy.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"rtejustify\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #003366;\">Mnoho v\u011bc\u00ed se za tu dobu zm\u011bnilo \u2014 jak v \u017eivot\u011b, tak v pr\u00e1ci. Tvoje kamar\u00e1dsk\u00e1, ale d\u016fsledn\u00e1 v\u00fdchova d\u011bt\u00ed p\u0159inesla ovoce. Jak Honza, tak Pavla v\u00fdborn\u011b vystudovali a nav\u00edc bys byl d\u011bdkem. Nedovedu si p\u0159edstavit, co bys d\u011blal od chv\u00edle, kdy n\u00e1\u0161 \u00fastav koupil aparaturu MDA. Jist\u011b bys Pavlu Ko\u010d\u00edkovou a Honzu Strachotu u\u0161tval; nedal jim pokoj ani v noci, nato\u017e ve dne. Byl by z V\u00e1s ohromn\u011b tv\u016fr\u010d\u00ed kolektiv.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"rtejustify\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #003366;\">A je\u0161t\u011b jedna vzpom\u00ednka. Kresl\u00edrna! Byla Tv\u00fdm ko\u00adn\u00ed\u010dkem. Pohled na plnou synoptickou mapu T\u011b na\u00adpl\u0148oval rozko\u0161\u00ed. B\u011bda, chyb\u011bl-li n\u011bkter\u00fd \u0161\u00edf, vzpom\u00ed\u00adn\u00e1\u0161?! I to se zm\u011bnilo. Dnes bys musel k\u0159i\u010det na chlad\u00adn\u00fd nevypo\u010ditateln\u011b jednaj\u00edc! stroj a chv\u011bla by se pouze ru\u010di\u010dka digigrafu. Za to by Ti pravideln\u011b kreslil tolik stanic, kolik by sis jich p\u0159\u00e1l.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"rtejustify\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #003366;\">Z\u00e1v\u011brem bych Ti cht\u011bl \u0159\u00edci, \u017ee se sna\u017e\u00edme pokra\u010do\u00advat v tom, co jsi ud\u011blal a snad to i trochu vylep\u0161it. Pravdou je, \u017ee se n\u00e1m to ne v\u017edy da\u0159\u00ed.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"rtejustify\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #003366;\">V\u011b\u0159, \u017ee my star\u0161\u00ed st\u00e1le vzpom\u00edn\u00e1me. Maturoval roku 1941 na re\u00e1ln\u00e9m gymnasiu v Praze na Sm\u00edchov\u011b. Po maturit\u011b pracoval a\u017e do konce druh\u00e9 sv\u011btov\u00e9 v\u00e1lky u Zem\u011bm\u011b\u0159i\u010dsk\u00e9ho \u00fa\u0159adu. Ji\u017e od roku 1937, tedy od sv\u00fdch patn\u00e1cti let, po\u00adzoroval po\u010das\u00ed na vlastn\u00ed stanici v Bran\u00edku. Pr\u00e1v\u011b v t\u00e9to dob\u011b si za\u010dal uv\u011bdomovat, \u017ee po\u010das\u00ed s kr\u00e1sami p\u0159\u00edrody vytv\u00e1\u0159ej\u00ed harmonick\u00fd celek a kouzlu t\u011bchto dvou kr\u00e1s propadl na cel\u00fd \u017eivot.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"rtejustify\"><span style=\"color: #003366;\">V roce 1945 za\u010dal studovat na P\u0159\u00edrodov\u011bdeck\u00e9 fakult\u011b Karlovy university meteorologii u profesora Hanzl\u00edka. Po obh\u00e1jen\u00ed dizerta\u010dn\u00ed pr\u00e1ce \u201eCirkulace v zimn\u00edm obdob\u00ed 1946\u20141947&#8243; dos\u00e1hl roku 1949 titulu RNDr. V t\u00e9 dob\u011b byl v\u0161ak ji\u017e t\u0159i roky zam\u011bstn\u00e1n u St\u00e1tn\u00edho meteorologick\u00e9ho \u00fastavu v Praze na leti\u0161ti v Ruzyni.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"rtejustify\"><span style=\"color: #003366;\">Po n\u011bkolikalet\u00e9m obdob\u00ed, str\u00e1ven\u00e9m v provozu synoptick\u00e9 slu\u017eby mezi mapami a briefingem leteck\u00fdch pos\u00e1dek, p\u0159e\u0161el v roce 1954 do nov\u011b vytvo\u0159en\u00e9ho v\u00fdzkumn\u00e9ho odd\u011blen\u00ed. S energi\u00ed jen jemu vlastn\u00ed se vrhl do problematiky p\u0159edpov\u011bdi po\u010das\u00ed na t\u0159i a\u017e p\u011bt dn\u016f. Zorganizoval kreslen\u00ed p\u0159\u00edzemn\u00edch a v\u00fd\u0161kov\u00fdch polokoulov\u00fdch map. Pe\u010dliv\u00e1 ka\u017edodenn\u00ed anal\u00fdza t\u011bchto map ho inspirovala k mnoha pracem, z nich\u017e nejv\u00fdznamn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed byla klasifikace p\u0159irozen\u00fdch sez\u00f3n na severn\u00ed polokouli. Vypracoval metodiku t\u0159\u00eddenn\u00ed p\u0159edpov\u011bdi po\u010das\u00ed a jej\u00edho objektivn\u00edho hodnocen\u00ed. Dodnes je pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1na v synop\u00adtick\u00e9 praxi a pro sv\u016fj z\u00e1kladn\u00ed v\u00fdznam je meteorology naz\u00fdv\u00e1na \u201epoupata&#8221;.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"rtejustify\"><span style=\"color: #003366;\">Dr. Br\u00e1dka si byl v\u011bdom n\u00e1rodohospod\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fdch \u0161kod, kter\u00e9 vznikaly p\u0159i n\u00e1hl\u00fdch povodn\u00edch, a proto se v\u011bnoval extr\u00e9mn\u00edm sr\u00e1\u017e\u00adkov\u00fdm situac\u00edm. Vypracoval \u0159adu metodick\u00fdch pravidel, kter\u00e1 umo\u017e\u0148uj\u00ed se zna\u010dnou pravd\u011bpodobnost\u00ed p\u0159edpov\u00eddat nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9 povod\u0148ov\u00e9 situace. Tyto jeho pr\u00e1ce jsou velmi cenn\u00e9 pro hydrologickou p\u0159edpov\u011b\u010f.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"rtejustify\"><span style=\"color: #003366;\">V posledn\u00edch letech pom\u00e1hal organizovat p\u0159\u00edjem obr\u00e1zk\u016f z meteorologick\u00fdch dru\u017eic a pod\u00edlel se v\u00fdznamn\u011b na vypracov\u00e1n\u00ed me\u00adtodiky interpretace t\u011bchto sn\u00edmk\u016f v synoptick\u00e9 slu\u017eb\u011b. Ani b\u011bhem nemoci neslo\u017eil ruce do kl\u00edna, studoval a t\u0159\u00eddil v\u0161echny nabyt\u00e9 v\u011bdomosti. V\u00fdsledkem toho je nov\u00fd, origin\u00e1ln\u00ed pohled na v\u00fdvoj atmosf\u00e9rick\u00fdch front, ve kter\u00e9m p\u0159ihl\u00e9dl ke sn\u00edmk\u016fm obla\u010dnosti a v\u00fdsledk\u016fm numerick\u00fdch p\u0159edpov\u011bdn\u00edch metod, zejm\u00e9na k vertik\u00e1ln\u00edm rychlostem. Tyto sv\u00e9 z\u00e1sadn\u00ed pr\u00e1ce dokon\u010dil kr\u00e1tce p\u0159ed svou n\u00e1hlou smrt\u00ed a budou publikov\u00e1ny in memoriam.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"rtejustify\"><span style=\"color: #003366;\">Dr. Jan Br\u00e1dka byl \u010dlenem v\u011bdeck\u00e9 rady Hydrometeorologick\u00e9ho \u00fastavu a \u010dlenem redak\u010dn\u00ed rady Meteorologick\u00fdch Zpr\u00e1v. V\u0161ichni m\u00e1me v dobr\u00e9 pam\u011bti jeho mladick\u00e9 nad\u0161eni, se kter\u00fdm se pou\u0161t\u011bl do diskuz\u00ed na v\u0161ech v\u011bdeck\u00fdch sympo\u00adzi\u00edch a p\u0159edn\u00e1\u0161k\u00e1ch z oboru meteorologie, klimatologie a bioklimatologie.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"rtejustify\"><span style=\"color: #003366;\">Dne 12. prosince 1973 po kr\u00e1tk\u00e9 nemoci RNDr. Jan Br\u00e1dka zem\u0159el. Po \u010dtvrtstolet\u00ed, \u010dty\u0159i hodiny p\u0159ed smrt\u00ed, m\u011bl tent\u00fd\u017e el\u00e1n, kdy\u017e mi vykl\u00e1dal, jak chce pokra\u010dovat v pr\u00e1ci, jej\u00ed\u017e prvn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st le\u017eela p\u0159ed n\u00e1mi na stole.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"rtejustify\"><span style=\"color: #003366;\">\u201eProhl\u00eddni si to a po ned\u011bli se dohodneme co s t\u00edm.&#8221; U\u017e mu to ne\u0159eknu, u\u017e se nebudeme dohadovat, zda tohle p\u0159eformulovat a tamto \u0161krtnout, kter\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edlohy vypustit, a kter\u00e9 zjednodu\u0161it.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"rtejustify\"><span style=\"color: #003366;\">Dohadov\u00e1n\u00ed neb\u00fdvalo v\u017edy jednoduch\u00e9, \u010dasto se z dohadov\u00e1n\u00ed stala ostr\u00e1 debata, kter\u00e1 se neohl\u00ed\u017eela na bont\u00f3n. My jsme se tak znali, \u017ee jsme si \u0159\u00edkali sv\u00e9 n\u00e1zory v\u017edy rovnou a bez obalu. To byla Honzova v\u00fdborn\u00e1 vlastnost, pro kterou jsem ho m\u011bl r\u00e1d, h\u00e1jit svou pravdu, \u0159\u00edkat sv\u016fj n\u00e1zor p\u0159\u00edmo.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"rtejustify\"><span style=\"color: #003366;\">A i kdy\u017e \u010dasto nar\u00e1\u017eel \u2014 nenau\u010dil se taktizovat. Netaktizoval s jin\u00fdmi, netaktizoval s\u00e1m se sebou. \u201eM\u00e1\u0161 pravdu, je to na pytel, hod to do ko\u0161e,&#8221; \u0159ekl t\u0159eba o pr\u00e1ci, kter\u00e1 mu trvala m\u011bs\u00edc, a bylo to vy\u0159\u00edzeno.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"rtejustify\"><span style=\"color: #003366;\">Jako ka\u017ed\u00fd v meteorologii m\u011bl Honza n\u011bkdy chv\u00edle skepse. Ale nikdy mu skepse nezabr\u00e1nila v pr\u00e1ci.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"rtejustify\"><span style=\"color: #003366;\">Vykl\u00e1dat \u010dten\u00e1\u0159\u016fm Meteorologick\u00fdch zpr\u00e1v o tom, \u010d\u00edm se zab\u00fdval v meteorologii, je mysl\u00edm zbyte\u010dn\u00e9, proto\u017ee oni jeho pr\u00e1ci znaj\u00ed. Snad ani nev\u011bd\u00ed, \u017ee m\u011bl r\u00e1d knihy i p\u0159\u00edrodu, \u017ee m\u011bl r\u00e1d ly\u017ee i volejbal, \u017ee \u201efu\u0161oval&#8221; do mechaniky, zedni\u010dil i truhla\u0159il, r\u00e1d posed\u011bl ve vesel\u00e9 spole\u010dnosti, tak\u00e9 r\u00e1d tancoval a zp\u00edval (i kdy\u017e dost fale\u0161n\u011b).<\/span><\/p><p class=\"rtejustify\"><span style=\"color: #003366;\">A r\u00e1d m\u011bl svou Zde\u0148ku i Honz\u00edka a Pavlu. \u017dil pln\u011b a intenz\u00edvn\u011b.
