WMO m\u00e1 191 \u010dlensk\u00fdch st\u00e1t\u016f a \u00fazem\u00ed (k 1. lednu 2013). Vznikla z Mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed meteorologick\u00e1 organizace (IMO), kter\u00e1 byla zalo\u017eena v roce 1873.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"rtejustify\"><span style=\"color: #003366;\">Od sv\u00e9ho zalo\u017een\u00ed, WMO hraje jedine\u010dnou a v\u00fdznamnou roli v p\u0159isp\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed k bezpe\u010dnosti a blaha lidstva. Pod WMO veden\u00edm a v r\u00e1mci program\u016f WMO, N\u00e1rodn\u00ed meteorologick\u00e9 a hydrologick\u00e9 slu\u017eby v\u00fdznamn\u011b p\u0159isp\u00edvaj\u00ed k ochran\u011b \u017eivota a majetku p\u0159ed p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00edmi katastrofami, k ochran\u011b \u017eivotn\u00edho prost\u0159ed\u00ed a k pos\u00edlen\u00ed hospod\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e9ho a soci\u00e1ln\u00edho blahobytu ve v\u0161ech oblastech spole\u010dnosti jako je bezpe\u010dnost potravin, vodn\u00edch zdroj\u016f a dopravy.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"rtejustify\"><span style=\"color: #003366;\">WMO podporuje spolupr\u00e1ci p\u0159i vytv\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed a provozov\u00e1n\u00ed meteorologick\u00fdch, klimatologick\u00fdch, hydrologick\u00fdch a geofyzik\u00e1ln\u00edch pozorov\u00e1n\u00ed, vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed metodiky pozorov\u00e1n\u00ed a m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed, stejn\u011b jako v\u00fdm\u011bnu, zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed a standardizaci souvisej\u00edc\u00edch dat. Pom\u00e1h\u00e1 meteorologick\u00fdm slu\u017eb\u00e1m v\u00a0rozvojov\u00fdch zem\u00edch, podporuje a organizuje v\u011bdu a v\u00fdzkumu.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"rtejustify\"><span style=\"color: #003366;\">WMO hraje vedouc\u00ed roli v mezin\u00e1rodn\u00edm \u00fasil\u00ed v monitorov\u00e1n\u00ed a ochran\u011b \u017eivotn\u00edho prost\u0159ed\u00ed prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm sv\u00fdch program\u016f. Poskytuje informace t\u00fdkaj\u00edc\u00ed se klimatu, obr\u00e1zky a produkty, 24 hodin denn\u011b, 365 dn\u00ed v\u00a0roce, n\u00e1rodn\u00edm meteorologick\u00fdm slu\u017eb\u00e1m \u010dlensk\u00fdch a spolupracuj\u00edc\u00edch st\u00e1t\u016f v Evrop\u011b, a ostatn\u00ed u\u017eivatel\u016fm po cel\u00e9m sv\u011bt\u011b. Provozuje syst\u00e9m meteorologick\u00fdch dru\u017eic, kter\u00fdmi pozoruj\u00ed atmosf\u00e9ru, oce\u00e1n a pozemn\u00ed plochy.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"rtejustify\"><span style=\"color: #003366;\">Slu\u017eby poskytovan\u00e9 organizac\u00ed EUMETSAT p\u0159isp\u00edvaj\u00ed k pos\u00edlen\u00ed a zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed ka\u017edodenn\u00edho \u017eivota evropsk\u00fdch ob\u010dan\u016f. Tato data jsou pln\u011b k dispozici n\u00e1rodn\u00edm meteorologick\u00fdm slu\u017eb\u00e1m \u010dlensk\u00fdch st\u00e1t\u016f. Centrum tak\u00e9 nab\u00edz\u00ed katalog progn\u00f3zn\u00edch dat pro komer\u010dn\u00ed z\u00e1kazn\u00edky. Superpo\u010d\u00edta\u010d (a souvisej\u00edc\u00ed archiv dat) v ECMWF je jedn\u00edm z nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edch sv\u00e9ho druhu v Evrop\u011b a \u010dlensk\u00e9 st\u00e1ty mohou vyu\u017e\u00edt 25% kapacity pro sv\u00e9 vlastn\u00ed \u00fa\u010dely. Organizace byla zalo\u017eena v roce 1975 a nyn\u00ed zam\u011bstn\u00e1v\u00e1 kolem 280 pracovn\u00edk\u016f z v\u00edce ne\u017e 30 zem\u00ed. Dal\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdhodou spolupracuj\u00edc\u00edch p\u0159es EUMETNET je, \u017ee poskytuje kolektivn\u00ed &#8220;hlas&#8221; pro sv\u00e9 \u010dleny p\u0159i komunikaci s EU nebo jej\u00edmi r\u016fzn\u00fdmi agenturami a institucemi.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"rtejustify\"><span style=\"color: #003366;\">EUMETNET je seskupen\u00ed 31 evropsk\u00fdch n\u00e1rodn\u00edch meteorologick\u00fdch slu\u017eeb, kter\u00fd poskytuje r\u00e1mec pro organizov\u00e1n\u00ed spole\u010dn\u00fdch program\u016f mezi jej\u00edmi \u010dleny v r\u016fzn\u00fdch oblastech z\u00e1kladn\u00edch meteorologick\u00fdch \u010dinnost\u00ed. Tyto aktivity zahrnuj\u00ed pozorovac\u00ed syst\u00e9my, zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed dat, z\u00e1kladn\u00ed progn\u00f3zn\u00ed produkty, v\u00fdzkum, v\u00fdvoj a vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section C\u00edlem ICHM je podporovat v\u011bdeck\u00e9 studium d\u011bjin meteorologie, klimatologie a p\u0159\u00edbuzn\u00fdch v\u011bd, v\u010detn\u011b jejich soci\u00e1ln\u00edch a kulturn\u00edch aspekt\u016f.
